During your visit a combination of sessions, therapies, workshops and activities are
available as part of your retreat package or as a personalised flexible
program. The team at Fountainhead Organic Retreat will assist you with any

After you return home with your new wisdom you may still need someone who
understands your new found philosophy to talk to. You may book 10 life coaching
sessions by phone, with a Fountainhead Method Trained Life Coach. You may then
access these sessions at a pace you decide. You may spread these over 10 days to
10 weeks. Each call minimum 30 minutes $950

** One on One – face to face, normal 90 minute sessions – available near
Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney from June.

Journey Style Therapy

Journey Therapy is an emotional healing experience that brings forward past
memories and trauma that have sometimes prevented personal growth as well as
being the cause of negative emotions. Similar to time line therapy and more
recently re developed by the American Brandon Bays to treat her Cancer, (many of
our therapists were trained by Bays herself) Journey Therapy is often life changing.

Mindfulness
Each session is up to 1 hour

The formal establishment of mindfulness has been traditionally initiated through a
meditation technique that hones ones focus on the body and mind and the feelings
and thoughts as being passing circumstances to be viewed objectively.
These practices rewire and strengthen neural pathways that bring about a
developed understanding of impermanence. Using these objective views and
focusing on developing in certain directions, someone can drop old patterns of
behaviour (habits). Its all about retraining the brain.

DETOX SAUNA
Far Infrared Sauna

Utilising Far Infrared Technology the detox box can accelerate the removal of
toxins and heavy metals from your system. Heating the body’s core
temperature, rather than the air within the sauna, it produces rapid but safe
sweating levels that can facilitate better health. Used in concert with a rehydrating
mineral supplement, the process promotes healing, weight loss
where appropriate and stimulates the body’s natural functions.
When the infrared sauna is used by non residential – retreat guests coupled
with the use of the hot and cold mineral baths $75 session.

FACE
More than just a luxurious way to unwind and reward yourself. During a facial,
your skin is meticulously cleaned, toned and exfoliated before specially selected
masques and serums are applied for smooth, naturally glowing skin.
Luminous Facial 30 Minutes $65

An uplifting and purifying express facial tailored to your skin’s individual
needs. Designed to hydrate and nourish your skin.
Men’s Facial 50 Minutes $95

Specifically designed for men, this relaxing treatment is individually
designed for your needs and skin type. Active, natural, organic products are
used to deeply cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. Each facial consists of a
deep cleanse, exfoliation, masque and neck, shoulders and face massage
integrating specific pressure points to relax your muscles and nourish your
skin.
Revitalising Facial 50 Minutes $105

A luxurious facial to make your skin feel delicious! From deep cleansing and
balancing to refreshing and energising, we’ll ensure your skin receives the
right recipe for a healthy glow depending on skin condition. Enjoy a double
cleanse, exfoliation, massage and mask.
Detox Facial 65 Minutes $125

Clear your mind with this intense deep cleansing facial. Specifically designed
to purify and hydrate your skin. Using Organic Products and a warm steam
that help improve circulation and draw toxins from the skin, then an
acupressure massage to help relieve any built up stress and tension leaving
your skin fresh and revitalised. The Detox facial will bring about better
circulation, lymphatic flow and calmness in mind and body.

Therapists will use a combination of modalities and techniques to work away
your aches, pains or injuries. This treatment is designed to ease away any
tension and muscle pains and ameliorate range of movement and

Reflexology Massage

This Massage consists of finger pressure techniques and massage on the
acupressure points of the feet. It promotes deep relaxation and assists in
restoring energy flow while relieving areas of tension throughout the body.

Relaxation Massage

A gently flowing and deeply relaxing massage that will ease away any stress
or tension you are holding in your body, using long smoothing strokes that will
cover you from head to toe.

Hot Stone Therapy

This massage improves circulation and calms the nervous system. The heat
of the stones warms and relaxes the muscles. The use of hot stones is an
ancient art, dating back over 3000 years. Your therapist will place the stones
on key acupressure points on your body while continuing to massage other
areas with the stones.
