Weekend Seminar “The Cause of All Stress-introduction to the Fountainhead Method®“
Emotional and mental components to show the cause of stress and then how to eliminate it.
Weekend Intensive interactive lecture series on the cause and cure of psychological stress leading to emotional symptoms.
An introduction and full explanation of the famous Fountainhead method. This will show clearly where depression, anxiety and other symptoms really come from.
This is presented on Saturday and Sunday of week one.

Twelve Private one on one therapy sessions by the most experienced Fountainhead Method trainers in Australia. The Fountainhead Method® is a therapeutic educational technique that examines the way a human being suffering a stress based illness, such as depression or anxiety, is thinking and processing the events of their life. This is based on the core belief structures they mainly developed at an early age and how the processing of reality through these core belief structures or as we call them “lenses” causes behaviour and emotional symptoms. It examines where a person learnt their views on life as well as how they measure their self-worth. The information learnt in this process takes the sufferer’s incorrect or incomplete beliefs, which are based on misinterpretations of the past, and re-educates them to look at the same past experiences objectively and with the goal to understand, learn and grow from them which changes the underlying cause of their unwanted behaviour and emotions long term. The Fountainhead method is presently being used by 400 practitioners including psychologists and doctors throughout Australia and was developed and refined here over the last decade with the assistance of 5000 guests.

Two Private journey therapy to reprocess past events including trauma grief and regret. Perhaps emotional clearing would be a simple way to express the process in which you are guided through. Your Journey Therapist will equip you with the tools to understand and release limitations. Be it anger, grief, anxiety, fear, or it could be as simple as a sense that there is something more you could be achieving for yourself and your life. Second Intensive – ‘Mindfulness’ and its application to the Method
Mindfulness is the only meditation that is scientifically proven to help with stress, anxiety and depression – and at Fountainhead we only use things that will give us a result. It helps with anxiety sufferers because their traits are future-thinking, and mindfulness brings them back to the present.
So basically, being mindful of how we speak, think, eat, walk etc. helps to get out of the feeling of being neurotic.
They are also now combining mindfulness in psychology degrees and have also started teaching the process in Universities. It’s now becoming a new tool in Universities.
Second (and fourth) Sunday in the month.

Two Mindfulness one on one training sessions. “Mindfulness produces positive effects on psychological well-being that extend beyond the time the individual is practicing it. Over the last three decades mindfulness practices have been increasingly incorporated into programs, to take advantage of these benefits. A large body of research has established the effectiveness of these mindfulness-based interventions in reducing symptoms of a number of disorders, including anxiety , depression , substance abuse , eating disorders , and chronic pain , as well as improving well-being and quality of life. Mindfulness involves the development of awareness of present-moment experience with a compassionate, non- judgmental stance .It has been suggested that this process is associated with a perceptual shift, in which one’s thoughts and feelings are recognized as events occurring in the broader field of awareness” Harvard Medical school study Boston MA 2010

Ten group Fountainhead method life coaching sessions .
This will target and identify belief systems and thought processes causing emotional symptoms and behavior. You will find this of great long term benefit as our life coaching gives you the tools to change the way you think about yourself and your life, as well as neutralizing stress long after you have returned home.
Morning and afternoon Monday to Friday of week one.

Eight group Fountainhead method life coaching integration sessions. Performed in groups of ten or less.
This is the four day integration program where having learnt the basics of the Fountainhead method, we will show you why it works, and get you ready to take it home and use it as well as sharing it with others.
