Change Your Life:

Our ‘Change Your Life’ program has been designed for guests that have been suffering from long term depression and/or debilitating anxiety symptoms. The program is focused on unraveling the individual and discovering the root cause of their condition. The ‘Change Your Life’ program is delivered as one-to-one therapies and Life Coaching in a supportive group environment.

Includes standard accommodation (shared facilities with own private bedroom), a plethora of activities for the body and mind, full organic catering and a 3 months post support program.

Group Workshops, Life Coaching, Journey Therapy, Personal Training and Group Mindfulness target the core issues which have been so debilitating to your life thus far. Many of you, who have been in the system dealing with these issues, have found yourself worse off than when you started. Many have been suffering with no hope. Call this the Retreat of last resort, the Retreat of hope, but we like to refer to this retreat as a Retreat of success with depression, anxiety and other stress related challenges being understood, often for the first time.

• 2 day Intensive Workshop “The Cause of All Stress - introduction to the Fountainhead Method®”
• 2 daily group setting discussions on the topic of the day (morning and afternoon sessions)
• One on One and Group Life Coaching Sessions
• One on One and Group Mindfulness Sessions
• One on One Journey Style Therapies

• Facial Massage
• Body Massages (method varies)
• One on One and Group Personal Training Sessions
• Far Infrared Sauna Sessions (removes toxins and heavy metals)

• Steam and Plunge Daily

• Optional Organic Juice Detox ( At Least Three Days – Extend to Five)
