22 Acres of large, flat and almost entirely useable land and is ideally sized for a variety of purposes. Greeting you upon entry is three picturesque acres of lakes bordered by (insert the red flame tree) which vividly captures the imagination and tranquility of the retreat.
The farm has been based on Permaculture principals to provide some of the highest quality organic food grown on site within the region. (expand on this some more)
The Hot Mineral Baths complex is a standout feature and one of the central buildings on the retreat. Completed four years ago, It contains a Heated 25 metre mineral water lap pool which has the underground mineral water visibly flowing into it. It further contains a 10 metre Hot Mineral Water pool (36 degrees Celcius), a four seat Infrared Detox box and a 12 person Turkish steam room. The booster heaters are the extremely energy efficient running on reverse cycle heat pump system, which reduces your outgoings and running costs.
A sales and administration office at the main building, including 3 bedrooms currently set up as massage rooms. These could also be easily converted to be staff or further accommodation if required.
Seven unique 2 bedroom cabins dot the property, each having their own unique theme and individually named with reference to individual stories. The Cabins can accommodate 14 paying guests. Each Cabins is sustainably designed using modern architectural principles, supplied with, inexhaustible water storage, their own sewage treatment on site, and the one of the only organically certified retreat in the world
