Fountainhead itself can sleep up to 42 Guests and specialises in small weddings catering up to 160 guests. There is no venue charge after a minimum is met. Packages for catering start from $46.50 pp (wedding luncheon). For accommodation, (two nights FarmHouse) and catering combinations, (Two breakfasts, wedding luncheon and one Campfire dinner) from $364 per guest, minimum 16 Guests. Or our all cabin accommodation (two nights), 2 hours Spa therapy each Guest, all meals catered including seafood and French Champagne, $932 per guest, minimum 8.

No matter whom you choose for your catering, Fountainhead Organic Retreat would like to take care of your accommodation, pampering for the Bridal party and help organise the rest of the family and friends so you can just relax. Fountainhead is also an Organic Food and Cooking school and hence has its own team of chef's and caters for a Modern Australian, Organic Cuisine. Most food is grown on the property. Modern food but old fashioned hospitality. That is our goal.

We have Super deluxe cabins that would suit the bride and groom on their wedding night. Cabins like you have probaly never seen before. (Please come up for an obligation free inspection. Or stay with us and the accommodation charge will be deducted from your bill on the wedding day). Spa's on deck, glass showers in the Avocado orchard, huge Spas inside and wood burning fireplaces. Forget the pot pourri, we are talking world class. The cabins would accomodate 22 assuming that the Bride and Groom have one to themselves, (lets hope so). All have two large beds. If we add Farmhouse we can accommodate another 16.

Our Day Spa, Zone One is nestled in the Avocado Orchard and has three Spa rooms. Massage, (Thai, remedial, deep tissue and swedish), full body Mud Wrap and Facials. Reflexology and acupuncture can all be arranged. Bridal parties and the ladies can arrive a day or week early to cleanse and pump up on Organic Juice so that on the day, everyone is looking their best. A 10 metre swimming pool and outdoor spa are also yours to use. 3 acres of lakes and 40 acres of landscaped Organic farm provide a million photo opportunities.

Transfers can be organised to any venue on the Range so that on the day all can relax and not worry about driving. Massages and morning after breakfast or get togethers can be organised as well as activities the following day for family and friends.
