Our Fit For Life Program is about breaking bad habits and pushing boundaries. We use our beautiful 40 acre property and wonderful location, we use our Hot Mineral Water baths and we use our firm hands to relax tired muscles. We do not use a Gym!  We don't stare into mirrors! We get you to play as a team and one on one to find some new answers to old habits. We challenge you and extend you. Includes: There are two programs offered - Gold & Silver. The Gold program has an extra 2 Personal Training sessions, each week, one on one with your own trainer. The Gold program further gives you double the massage/pamper time, (4 hours not 2) Silver program inclusions as listed below.

Both programs include one on one fitness assessment, plus a cardiovascular test as well as a strength and flexibility test. All accommodation, early morning rainforest and beach walks, aqua aerobics, stretch and Yoga classes as well as group and personal challenges. Both programs Lectures and discussions on nutrition, addictions, and other healthy topics. Each person gets a one hour massage and a one hour mud wrap, (double for Gold Class). Also includes full run of our Baths facility including 25 metre Lap Pool, super heated Mineral Water bath and Steam Room, PLUS lots more. So come on, let's get fit together.

These programs are conducted each month and places are strictly limited (10-12 guests). Come by yourself or bring someone to take the challenge with you. There is loads of Organic food including Organic Juices daily and a choice of Vegetarian or Vegetarian with seafood and Organic Chicken, (Choose before arrival).

Week One includes fitness assessment, loads of physical group activity as well as Nutritional information and Food schools.
Week Two includes more endurance work, as well as another two food schools and a Raw food / Juice Detox. 

If you wish to extend for another week ask about our "Philosophy Who Needs it "  Week, where you will be taught the mind body connection behind addictions, drug alcohol and cigarette dependence.

Those staying for our full 28 day "Change Your Life Program" will experience everything we have to offer.

Our newest development "Maleny Spring Baths" includes a 10m x 5m Natural Mineral Water Bath-heated to 36 degrees C, our new 25 metre Lap pool heated to 24 degrees C and Turkish steam room. Also available Far Infa-red Sauna, "Detox Box".

Hi From Rowen and Andrew.

Hi Peter, Kym, Allie, Katie, Gav and all the great people at Fountainhead.
Andrew and I am back home - me at work and Andrew off to the central coast to play a golf tournament.
We both had a great time and have great memories.
I think we both feel invigorated and inspired.
I achieved all the goals I set out to and lost more than 5 kilos - first time under 80 Kg in 10 years.
I think what you guys have helped me initiate will be not tooooooo difficult to maintain (within reason) ... no Wheatgrass!!!

Hope we meet again soon.

I am still buzzing from my stay there. It was awesome.
