The Fountainhead Method
The Fountainhead Method has been used for over a decade and has now successfully treated over 5000 people with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and other stress related illness. It is an education, rather than a therapeutic therapy, examining your own thought patterns and the cause and effects of stress related illness. It is extremely affective with most participants claiming “cure” within months rather than years as is with most therapies. It has been recognised by The Commonwealth Government (see picture on right).
The Foutainhead Method is a new and unique treatment that acts as an extremely effective alternative to more traditional therapies. The Method was originally developed by Wayne Parrott (Chairman of The Anti Depression of Association of Australia) and Michelle Mark (Founder of The Mentoring Institute of Australia) and a group of industry experts with then input of literally thousands of participants.
It is a Client Centric education program, aimed at helping a person to understand the cause of his stress related pattern of illness to successfully reverse and with a clear goal of cure.
Michelle Mark Talks About the Method
It’s important to understand that the Fountainhead Method doesn’t only help you overcome stress, anxiety and depression; it also gives the benefactors much more confidence, a higher sense of self worth and generally a more positive outlook on life. We can all benefit from this and have something to learn from the teachings of the experienced life coaches.
Anti-Depression Association of Australia
The Anti Depression Association of Australia is a not for profit organisation that actively works at providing treatment for stress related illness, (including depression, substance abuse and anxiety amongst others) using The Fountainhead Method and other modalities of education and treatment.
They also provide subsidies through their many sponsoring organisation (listed on right) for the genuinely disadvantaged.
Visit their website to find out how else they help.

‘An important point I must make, the purpose of this book is to be used, not just read. The goal is to make it easy for you to locate what you need and to apply the relevant ideas of the Fountainhead Method to your situation.’ - Wayne Parrott, Author of 28 Days to Beat the Blues
