Fountainhead's goal is to become the greatest centre for Health and Healing in the World by providing the most accurate help, support and education to its guests in the fields of Fitness, Mental health, cause of disease, nutrition, physiology, life coaching and self esteem.
Whether you are looking for work experience to help break into the industry (eight weeks live in or live out) or a sponsored Internship, (graduates only 3 -4 months traineeship). Whether it may be a career position, or you are looking to become a Life Coach and help other people with their illness, Fountainhead offers a most challenging environment to work in. The retreat exists for people to grow in a personal development manner. 

If you have passion by the bucket loads, integrity is in your highest values and you love your work, this could be the place for you. You must think all work is important. If you do not love your work, and can not guarantee to love Customers, please do not apply.  Two of our last three leaders commenced their work with us with these programs. 

Australian Depression Institute was established in Mid 2008 by Wayne Parrott, (the founder of Fountainhead). It exists to take the Method for treating Anxiety and Depression disorders to a wider audience. By not requiring live in accommodation and full catering needs, the ADI offers the same program of Life Coaching employed at Fountainhead, but at a much lower cost. Programs are currently run from the Sunshine Coast moving national over the next two years.



Life Coach Training in The Method: 
Counsellors, psycho-therapists, or life coaches trained in other methods may apply to train. Michelle Mark  heads up Real Life Coaching, our affiliated training company.  Michelle and her team offer training in the Method developed at Fountainhead.   The Life Coach's Coach - Real Life Coaching Director Michelle Mark

Michelle Mark joined the Fountainhead Team in 2004 under our Internship training program specialising in Yoga, management.and staff training. She rose quickly through the ranks to become Customer Services Manager then Operations Manager.
Michelle is now training Director for Real Life Coaching, our affiliated company responsable for training Life Coaches in our Method. Michelle is currently producing a series of books and CD's explaining the Method.
All advertised positions with ADI and Fountainead Retreat require a certificate in ADI Life Coaching Fundamentals as a minimum. Other studies completed in complimentary fields but more so practical experience will all receive recognition.
