Supervised juice or water fasting is available, but if you don't choose one of the Spartan options, "Fountainhead Cuisine" is always available. Wayne was one of the developers of "Modern Australian Cuisine" in the 80's and for the last decade has been studying & developing an organic, healthier, unprocessed gourmet cuisine. Head Chef Hayley Robinson is passionate about what we serve our Guests. Two health professionals in Greg Neville and Dr John Fielder are being brought together to speak, counsel & educate us during September and October. Greg,the Mind Body Connection author is joining us for a conference for health professionals in late Spetember. Dr John Fielder is with us in November to share his knowledge of detoxing the body.

Maleny, just 60 minutes north of Brisbane or 30 minutes from Sunshine Coast airport was chosen as Fountainhead's location because the area has a certain social currency that is embracing sustainable issues on a broad scale. " We are developing full Organic self sufficiency, and wish to be a model of this type of development to the world by 2008 " , Wayne stated.

Watch dawn break from the "Three sisters" and see one of our many resident Platypus feed each morning. Give a hand to Ellie, our "Minister of Beautification" as she plants flowers by the thousand.
