Arrive early on Monday to go straight into a three day Juice Detox-optional but recomended. Conclude Friday after breakfast. 

Includes daily bush or beach walks with morning stretch class. Also includes four nights accommodation in Best available accommodation (own bedroom), all Organic juice and supervised Detox. Daily massage (four sessions) your own personal trainer- 4 sessions x 30 minutes as well as Detox box session Monday through Thursday.
