Self Esteem and Clinical Depression Every month

Bob Burns
hosts a 6 day retreat, "A Beginners Guide to Self Esteem" (Arrive Sunday or Monday concluding Friday am. (Download file from recent article by Founder Wayne Parrott above). "l see building self esteem as the sure fire, and one of the only two systems that can guarantee a happy life" states Wayne.
If you feel you should have achieved more. If happiness always seems just out of reach. If your happiness seems dependent on others approval of you; this is the retreat you are looking for.

This retreat is not for the faint hearted. The hosts will challenge you, push you and as Brendon says, "It will be crash or crash through. If you are not ready for change, please don't waste your time. If you are sick of feeling guilty for things that you are 'Supposed' to do, this retreat is for you. We will teach you how to stop blaming mom and dad and take responsibility for your own happiness."

Their is no age criteria for this retreat and many young people as well as seniors find benefit with these ideas. No couples or mother daughter teams, this is about YOU.
