The results of these forms are private and the data is only kept with you, it is up to you to share it with a coach or others.

You can arrange for a coach to guide you through this program, please contact fountainhead to organise this.

Do I need to take 28 Days, can it be faster/longer?

The original program has been designed as a 28 day retreat based program, we recommend that you take at least 28 days to complete the program, we do not recommend for you to complete the program under 3 weeks and over 3 months. You have to judge what is the best learning balance for you, our coaches at Fountainhead are happy to give you advice on the matter.

Weekend workshops

Approximately every fortnight there is a stage 1 weekend workshop at a Fountainhead retreat and occasionally there are SMI weekend workshops you can take part in. Please contact us for the latest program and dates.

We are currently developing the online video and practice material to accompany the weekend workshop, for those who have participated or have visited the retreat.

Stage 2 and 3 ?

These stages are in further development, but are best done in a small group or one on one at a Fountainhead retreat. It is imperative that you have completed stage 1 first.

How can I become a Fountainhead coach?

You can become a fountainhead coach, the 28 days program uses the same methodology as part of the coaching program taught via the mentoring institute
