There is no reason for stigma to be associated with depression or emotional issues such as guilt and blame. The reality is that everyone experiences stress from time to time. For some however, these feelings can become intense and long-lasting. When this happens there can be severe disruptions to everyday life, to family relationships, to performance at work and, most importantly to our general health. It is necessary to understand that Depression is an illness that can be helped without the use of chemicals or drugs.

The “Fountainhead Method” is a program that specialises in finding the causes and then applying the neutralisers for a wide range of emotional issues. Our program deals directly with a person’s belief system. By examining someone’s beliefs we are able to identify what has caused the resulting psychological and physical illnesses.

For over 5 years we have been successfully treating people at our Fountainhead Health Retreat in Maleny through our residential programs. Now we are introducing the Community Program – we’ll come to a community near you, bringing trained and experienced therapists and life coaches.

One Week Team Intensive Program

In addition to the weekend intensive includes joining a group of 8-12 guests for life coaching in a supported team enviroment. The team will meet then from Monday until Friday for 2 sessions daily, morning sessions from 945-1145am and then afternoon sessions from 1245-245pm. These times were picked to help parents with children. Each group lead by a Fountainhead Method Trained Life Coach. The cost of this course is $2750

Four Week Intensive One On One Program

In addition to the weekend intensive course you are appointed your own Fountainhead Method Trained Life Coach. Your coach takes you through 2 x 2 hour sessions per week for four weeks. These times are booked to best suit you both.  Total cost of course $3650
