 We believe that mental attitude and a strong workable philosophy are the most critical tools to ensure a happy and healthy life. We further believe that specific mind sets cause specific illness and stress.

Many places talk about mind body connections, but we teach what that really means. Nutrition and exercise will help with health, that is certain, but without self worth, happiness will remain elusive.

Our most popular program is the 21 days to Change Your Life Retreat, which commences every 21 days at the Maleny Retreat. Next start date Friday 26th November. You arrive on a Friday after lunch and have 21 days full of education and activities in a community environment. The program includes:

  • A Weekend Intensive Seminar - The cause of all stress, an introductory education to the Fountainhead MethodTM
  • One week of group therapy, applying the theory to your personal situation
  • A Two Day seminar on Mindfulness and its application to the Fountainhead MethodTM
  • Daily Mindfulness training
  • Two One on One Life Coaching Sessions with your own Fountainhead Method trained Life Coach
  • Two sessions of Journey Style Therapy
  • Daily morning and afternoon exercise options
  • Full Organic catering with Detox juice options
  • Full Accommodation & Housekeeping
  • Two Organic Food school sessions
  • Two 110 minute massages of your choice on your days off (both Saturdays are rest days)
  • Up to six detox / infrared sauna sessions
  • Five day integration program - taking it home and helping family and others
  • After you return home
    • Six months of online social media support, hosted by a Fountainhead Method Life Coach. Ensures successful integration of teachings into your life.

 There are two accommodation options:

  • The Cabin Package   - Set in our Organic Avocado orchard right next to the centre - our award winning sustainably designed two bedroom Cabins, own bedroom, shared facilities. 
  • The Platypus Package, in nearby Platypus Lodge - 150 meters from the main centre - a two storey house that sleeps five (all own bedroom) with shared facilties.

Last day at Fountainhead

"This is my story -  I hope it inspires you, just as I found everything that this place is about inspired me. I arrived here Friday the 13th of April; at that time I had depression and my spirit was so close to death. To me my life was a complete mess and by continuing on I was just ruining the lives of my family and anyone else that came too close. 

I had attempted suicide but in a last moment of clarity I realised my children would come home and find me, and then I stopped, waiting for a better time and place. I was continually self harming and would go days without eating, I had totally withdrawn from all aspects of life. I came here as a last ditch effort to find something to beat the depression. Counselling and medication weren't working and it was painful to go on.  

After listening to a weekend of lectures, I was still a mess and unable to see any glimmer of hope and afraid I would not be able to deal with the pain any longer. On day 5 the dark clouds around me hadn't moved and then I had a one-on-one and a journey therapy with beautiful Di and in a short time those clouds had completely vanished. It was an amazing feeling.  

During the rest of my time here I learnt many lessons in wisdom and how to appreciate my life, however it unfolds. I can honestly say that because of this place, the philosophy, the journey therapies and life couching, my husband still has his wife, and three beautiful boys still have their mother and I am looking forward to learning wonderful lessons for the rest of my life. Thank you does not come close to the appreciation I have for all that is Fountainhead.

"Two and a half years ago my second child was born "traumatically" and now consequently has a disability called cerebral palsy. My life was shattered. Probably the most painful thing of all was that I thought my god had let me down. 

Questions about life & suffering overwhelmed me. The guilt was unbearable and debilitating. BUT after spending a week at Fountainhead under Greg Neville's philosophies on wisdom, I have gained insight that has changed my life!! I believe now that my child represents the "miracle of creation"! 

I have learnt the true purpose of life, the true meaning of trust & self-worth! The secret of happiness! Now instead of being in pain I feel excited about the future & the journey.

After You Return Home
As a way of ensuring you can successfully integrate and utilise the Fountainhead Method into your life and to ensure you continue your education in this area after you finish your live in program and return home, you then have the option to join an online support service using a Facebook social media support group, hosted by a Fountainhead Method Life Coach
