Full Day Detox & Pamper
Start the Day with Tai Chi or Yoga at 8 am (90 minute session). Or sleep in and arrive for a Juice or Fruit breakfast at 930am. Then off to the Massage rooms for 1. Full body exfoliation 2. Choice of Kahuna or Swedish Massage 90 minute session 3. Take a break for some herbal Tea, then off to our Hot Spring Baths for a supervised session in the Detox box (Far Infrared Sauna) and Hot Spring Water Bath 4. Break for lunch of Juice and fruit 5. Back to the Massage rooms for Full body Mud Wrap with Foot treatment or facial 6. Last Juice break 7. Option to stay on and join the Meditation or Yoga class, (most days) or another visit to the Baths. 730am (or 930am) start with a 3-430pm finish. All food and Juices organic. Allow two full hours for therapy. Full body massage as well as choice of either foot and leg exfoliant treatment, or facial. If you prefer can be booked as full body Mud Wrap. Please book for 10:15 am or 1.15pm start.

Guided meditation Sunday through Wednesday.
One on one $85 per short session, or $145 for two hours.

Life Coaching
Various aspects of life some times can be helped with a life coach. Breaking habits, behaviour changes, eating patterns all can be helped.
Most sessions go 90 minutes-2 hours
and are $145 session casual.
"Journey" Style Therapy
Originally crystallised by Brandon Bays but based partly on "Cellular Memory" principles and "NLP" therapy. Our most successful healing method. We have therapist trained by Brandon Bays herself as well as our own team.
$245 session in house Guests only, (first two-three hours) then $35 for each 30 min block or time thereafter.

Yoga
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and most Saturdays. Included in all programs.
One on one $85 per short session, or $145 for two hours.

A day to reflect:


Arrive for an early Journey at 830am. Break by 1130 aprox then have some juice and fruit. Rest a little then off to the massage rooms for two hours remedial or KaHuna. All up Six hours aprox. In by 830 am finish by 230pm.

Depression Counselling
Bob Burns and Robyn Dwight conduct these very effective sessions for the treatment of Clinical Depression. Can be conducted as day visitors over 5 visits each 2-3 hours. Includes a "journey style" therapy: $1250

Facial Harmony
The "face lift without the scapel". Mini facial and gentle to very firm face massage. Relaxing and invigorating. Neck and shoulders included.

Remedial Massage
Albert is our number one therapist. Old injuries, bad backs, locked shoulders. Albert has answers for most. One hour 50 minutes on the table.

Swedish Massage
Our most popular therapy. Soothing & Relaxing. 1 hour 50 minutes.

Lomi Lomi
This traditional Hawaiin Family massage is available by a trained therapist. Must be done fully naked for full effect. Book ahead to avoid dissapointment. Add the Hot Stones +$25

Full Body Mud Wrap
Painted from head to toe. Wraped in a detox sheet. This is the way to get the toxins out. Add feet or Mini facial $25. Allow two hours.
