Includes: Basic Program includes 1. five nights accommodation 2. all meals and supervised Juice detox 3. Morning stretch class, bush and beach walks 4. Guided Platypus and Bird Watching tour Saturday morning 8. 3 sessions in the Detox Box (Far Infrared Sauna) 9. 4 sessions one on one with your own Personal Trainer 10. 2 hours body work each day (monday through Thursday-total 8 hours) 11. 3 Life coaching sessions, (great for Quitting cigs, alcohol over dependence, eating issues, clinical depression etc) 12. B. Life Coaching Upgrade for $480. Add a "Journey Style Therapy" and increase Life coaching to three sessioins (each two hours) For those that believe that health start with attitudes and wish take an issue like Quitting Cigs, losing weight, eating issues, alcohol over dependence or Depression. Total value over $750
C. Pamper Upgrade for $440. Add 8 hours Body Work, (4 x 2 hour sessions ) for those that wish to focus on relaxation. Total Value over $600
