Includes: Participation in all Fountainhead scheduled activities. Philosophy focus delivers two Journey style therapies week one then one each week during week two and three as well as two life coaching sessions each week, first two weeks. Also 5 x 1hour 50 minute body work sessions over visit duration. Also includes aerobic three session program with exercise physiologist over week two and three. Gives a 10 % discount off any other therapies required. Pamper the Body As Well moves the body work to 2 x 1 hour 50 minute body work sessions each week (8 total) and adds a further 3 aerobic, 3 Yoga sessions one on one. Includes transfers any time. Both styles of retreat include bottomless use of Maleny Hot Spring Baths, our new Mineral water therapy treatment area.
