Boot Camp
SUNDAY
1.30pm: Arrivals with introduction/Herbal tea/settle in room etc
2.30pm: 'One on one' fitness assessments eg: A total fitness assessment includes a body composition analysis – measuring body fat, lean muscle, hydration and calorie intake. Plus a cardiovascular test as well as a strength and flexibility test with a take home detailed report.
4:30pm: Fitness Assessment Challenge (Group)
5:45pm: Big dinner and rest up!
MONDAY
7.00am: 45 min jog and walk (Group)
8.00am: Stretch class and meditation (Group)
9.00am: Breakfast juice
9.15am: Obstacle course (un-timed)
10.00am: Big breakfast – Organic Fruit & Juice
10.30am: Steam room (own time) Massage 1 hour each
12.30pm: Big Lunch Seafood & salad
1.30pm: Lecture on fitness (Group)
2.30pm: Kick Boxing Circuit (Group)
3.30pm: 'One on one' PT/yoga/massage 1 hr each
5:45pm: Big dinner – soup & two salads including one cereal base

2.30pm: Lecture on Changing Habits eg: ciggs/alcohol/ weight control (Group)
3.30pm: 'One on one' either PT/yoga/ massage 1 hr each or own time
