Great for people wishing to truly have a positive impact on reducing their long term stress related illness. Weight loss, anxiety and depression may all be targeted with this program at our Maleny retreat. All programs below are conducted as group activity. What Happens Here?

Week One commences with an overhaul of your mind. We will educate you on the CAUSES and NEUTRALISERS of depression, anxiety and other stress related issues. Eating habits, cancer prevention, fitness issues will all be covered. There will be daily lectures for  seven days and by weeks end you will have identified your personal stress causes and be able to neutralise them. Afternoon massages on three days as well as your choice of involvement in daily exercise and social activities to help support your journey.

Week Two introduces a body and mind detox principal. For the body you will commence an Organic Juice Detox, coupled with three Far Infrared Detox Box sessions, (gets heavy metals out of your fatty tissue) and lots of rest and relaxation. For the mind, you will have a detailed check up with one of our Hosting team clearing up any areas you may not have yet integrated from last weeks group therapy. This week you will also have two Journey Therapies and a 1hr 20 detox mud wrap. Fitness assessment and exercise planning sessions with one of our trainers to get ready for next weeks fitness fcous. You may choose Yoga or Persoanl training at this point to be the focus of your fitness for the next two weeks.

Week Three starts to move to a fitness focus. Your personal trainer or Yogi now joins you three times weekly for the next two weeks to personally plan and implement the program that suits you. Your host now will coach you in a weekly session to cover any areas that need reinforcing with the new philosophy. A second weekend seminar takes place which you may join if you feel you need more clarity. Detox Box once weekly and an extended, (1hr 20 min) Hot Stone Therapy completes the week.

Week Four gives you another three fitness or yoga sessions and your now normal check up with the hosting team. One Detox Box session is again included. The last week of your program always has an additional 3 hours in the beauty parlour, therapies and treatments of your choice. A nutritional planning session is completed before you go home.
 

Extensions: For those focusing on weight loss (5kg and up) or requiring more work in any specific stress or education area, special prices are offered from month two onward, (see below) and by month's three you are offered the special VIP rate which also remains valid for any return visits to our Maleny retreat over the next  two years.  
Month two onward: Continue on from week four which includes twice weekly Personal training, (or Yoga one on one), Detox Box session, life coaching check up with your host as well as any group social or fitness activity is also included. You can increase your endurance activity here and watch the weight fade away. Most people lose minimum 8kg monthly or more with all fitness activities at our country retreat.

Special: Book and pay up front for three month program and unlimited beauty is included for your full 90 day stay.

Accommodation - We have three levels of accomodation available for Change Your Life programs at our Maleny retreat. Shared, Standard and Deluxe. All programs include all accommodation charges, all catering and group physical and social activites. All programs also include all education seminars as well as your own Personal Trainer.

Last day at Fountainhead
"This is my story I hope it inspires you, just as I found everything that this place is about inspired me I arrived here Friday the 13th of April, at that time I had depression and my spirit was so close to death, To me my life was a complete mess and by continuing on I was just ruining the lives of my family and anyone else that came to close. 

I had attempted suicide but in a last moment of clarity I realised my children would come home and find me, and then I stopped, waiting for a better time and place. I was continually self harming and would go days with out eating, I had totally withdrawn from all aspects of life. I came here as a last ditch effort to find something to beat the depression. Counselling and medication weren't working and it was painful to go on. 

After listening to a weekend of Greg Neville's lectures, I was still a mess and unable to see any glimmer of hope and afraid I would not be able to deal with the pain any longer. On day 5 the dark clouds around me hadn't moved and then I had a one-on-one with Greg and a journey therapy with beautiful Di and in a short time those clouds had completely vanished. It was an amazing feeling. 

During the rest of my time here I learnt many lesions in wisdom and how to appreciate my life however it unfolds. I can honestly say that because of this place, Greg philosophy, the journey therapies and life couching, my husband still has his wife, and three beautiful boys still have their mother and I am looking forward to learning wonderful lessons for the rest of my life. Thank you does not come close to the appreciation I have for all that is Fountainhead.

"Two and a half years ago my second child was born "traumatically" and now consequently has a disability called cerebral palsy. My life was shattered. Probably the most painful thing of all was that I thought my god had let me down. 

Questions about life & suffering overwhelmed me. The guilt was unbearable and debilitating. BUT after spending a week at Fountainhead under Greg Neville's philosophies on wisdom, I have gained insight that has changed my life!! I believe now that my child represents the "miracle of creation"!
