Cooking classes are part of most health retreat packages at Fountainhead Organic Retreat and Baths. All of our food is really health being predominatly raw and dairy, gluten and caffeine free.
Casual visitors are welcome to join in with retreat house guests just for the class. Cooking school is hands on. Bring nothing but your good self and some comfortable shoes. Cooking classes are $85 per guest for day visitors and only $75 each guest for the growing band of returning regulars. Groups of 3 or more are $75 per guest.
Haylie Robinson, (above) our first Head Chef after opening Fountainhead in 2003. Haylie was one of Jamie Oliver's team when Jamie toured Australia and was a passionate advocate of Organic food. Haylie now operates the famous "Sister" organic Café in Palmwoods.

Over the next couple of years we plan to bring many of Australia's leading chefs and some from around the world and ask them to take the challenge.
