Four days of retreat, organic juice, quiet time and detox. Join the walks, (rainforest & beach) and Stretch classes where scheduled. Sleep a little or rest a lot. Use the Maleny Hot Spring Baths & Steam Room to relax. Great for kicking the cigs or for those needing "time out". Bookings this month only - receive a two hour Mud Wrap and a session in our new Far Infrared Sauna FREE.
Extras: Transfers from Sunshine coast or Brisbane airports. Pamper pack - have three body works, (one Remedial massage, one Swedish Massage and One Mud Wrap included in your program. Thanks for a great holiday
Dear Staff at Fountainhead
Thanks for a great few days at Fountainhead. Each one of you contributed something special to my short break. Thank you.
I enoyed the time to indulge myself in total relaxation. The walk in the rainforest was very motivating; the extended walk at the beach that some of us participated in was revitalizing; it was amazing to spot my first platypus in the wild; invigorating to take that plunge into the COLD pool; the massages and mud wrap were a time of relaxation and what an inspiration the raw cookery school is. My fellow guests were also a wonderful source of knowledge and support.
It was wonderful to meet more of the staff over a lunch that we had all helped to prepare.
