Valid: Prices valid until Autumn 2008. Arrive any Sunday, depart Saturday week. The goal is for relaxation, reflection and a choice of activity levels. All of your pamper and activities are included in your package. For more information email .

Both programs include 12 nights accommodation, (own bedroom), all Organic meals and at least one Detox, morning gentle bush or beach walk with gentle exercise options, Organic food school, weekend local excursions. Guests may chose to do as much or as little as they choose. A real reflect and relax retreat.

The 13 days/12 nights Pamper has two options, Gold or Platinum.

The Gold Program

1.  Four x One hour massage each week  (8 hours of therapy total)

         - Includes Swedish massage, 
         - Remedial massage, 
         - Full Body Mud Wrap
         - Foot and Hand treatment and mini facial

2.  Two Far Infrared Sauna Detox box sessions each week available on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (4 sessions in total)

3.   Daily usage of the Lap pool, steam room and Hot Mineral water baths

4.  Two one on one Yoga Sessions or Personal Training sessions weekly, (your choice)-or swap for more pamper.


The Platinum Program

1.  Four x Two hours body work each week, (16 hours of therapy total)

         - Includes Swedish massage, 
         - Remedial massage, 
         - Full Body Mud Wrap
         - Foot and Hand treatment and mini facial

2.  Three Far Infrared Sauna Detox box sessions each week available on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (6 sessions in total)

3.  Daily usage of the Lap pool,steam room and Hot Mineral water baths

4.  Three one on one Yoga Sessions or Personal Training sessions weekly, (your choice) -or swap for MORE Pamper

We have designed the Pamper and Baths Program to give a focus on quiet reflection Sunday through Wednesday and on Thursday we break out, celebrate and have fun with loads of activities and great food. 

Be educated during the Organic Juice detox every Monday through Wednesday. Note: During Beat The Blues and Fit For Life weeks programs can vary. Please enquire at time of booking.

Life Coaching Upgrade for $840: Add a "Journey Style Therapy" and three Life coaching sessions (each two hours) - for those who believe that health starts with attitude and wish to take on issues like Quitting Cigarettes, losing weight, eating issues, alcohol over dependence or Depression. Total value  $940

 Deluxe Accommodation - Sustainably designed, double external showers with lounge and two Queen bedrooms each. Our Premium accommodtion includes our twin share (all own bedroom) and some with own Lounge room as well as Sun deck & covered Patio. Spas and fireplaces in some.

Our newest addition Maleny Baths is open. It includes a 25m Lap pool, a super heated 10 m x 5 m Natural Mineral Water bath and a Turkish Steam room.

If clarity of thought and balanced emotions is what you yearn I recommend that you indulge yourself in the experiences offered at Fountainhead. Initially I was apprehensive about booking in for a 6 day retreat, uncertain of what I might have to face, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. I found Fountainhead to be a non-threatening, comfortable, supportive environment that ensured that my physical and emotional needs were catered for.

The staff exude an essence of just 'knowing', are perceptive of your needs and are truly concerned about your wellbeing. Their positive attitude and sense of humour is certainly infectious. Of most value were the lectures given by Greg Neville and the associated life coaching sessions that unlocked the reasons why we often engage in negative thinking and teaches how to neutralise ensuing negative emotions.

I left Fountainhead with new understandings - understandings that resonate daily to:
* enhance the feeling of being valued, and
* increase a sense of hopefulness for new and rich life experiences.
